MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR

Evaluate again and again

I was reading this morning in a newspaper that it costs seven times more to get a new customer than to keep a customer you already have, and that in this time of social media a dissatisfied client will share information with 170 people — compared to 13 before the arrival of Web 2.0.

Given these figures, it's really important to know norms and standards well, and how to evaluate and update electrical systems. How timely that our contributors speak about this in the current issue.

This meant that COs based in the US and Canada could apply for accreditation to each country's accreditation bodies to certify electrical products in both the US and Canada. Read More
